Who: Judiciary officials led by Chief Justice Renato C. Corona, PHILJA Chancellor Adolfo S. Azcuna, Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez, Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, Deputy Court Administrator Nimfa Cuesta Vilches, and PHILJA Department of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Benchbook Revision Project Director Professor Alfredo F. The Benchbook is intended as primary reference for judges to enhance their efficiency, accountability, and transparency with an end view for them to become great judges.
The nationwide training of judges on the effective use of the Benchbook, with funding assistance from USAID and ABA-ROLI, will commence in September 2011.
