The non-lawyers do not anymore understand the strange workings of the courts and the clever lawyers who find hidden technicalities to sway Appeals and the Supreme Court decisions tediously back and forth, or about-face for-or-against. In the confusion, it can become easy to sinisterly think there might be some political coercion for the high courts to turn somersaults. Some may admire the “brilliant” lawyers who are said to pull the puppet strings in the legal system, but again, some may not.
