Rosario Setias-Reyes led the oath taking of national officers for 2015-2017 before the Clerk of Court En Banc as the incoming and the first female president of IBP.
Setia-Reyes replaced outgoing IBP President Vicente Joyas.
The Board of Governors (BOG) who took their oath are:
- Rosario Setia-Reyes – National president , chair of BOG
- Abdiel Dan Elijah Fajardo – Executive vice president/ vice chair of the BOG (Western Visayas Region)
- Franklin Calpito – (Northern Luzon Region),
- Jose De la Rama, Jr. – (Central Luzon Region)
- Bienvenido I. Somera, Jr. – (Southern Luzon Region)
- Romeo Igot – (Greater Manila Region)
- Emerson Aquende – (Bicolandia Region)
- Mae Elaine Bathan – (Eastern Visayas Region)
- Caesar Europa – (Eastern Mindanao Region)
- Domingo Redelosa IV – (Western Mindanao Region)
